Mr. Nimrod Shuall

Nimrod Shuall has over 20 years of experience in semiconductor metrology and inspection across logic, memory, and advanced packaging applications. Since joining Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2025, he has led the deployment and commercialization of Wafer DualBeam FIB-SEM solutions for inline process control and advanced failure analysis applications.
Prior to Thermo Fisher Scientific, Nimrod held a variety of applications, marketing, and customer-facing leadership roles at KLA, where he specialized in photolithography process control and advanced metrology solutions. His expertise spans optical and SEM-based metrology, critical dimension (CD) measurement, thin-film characterization, and the introduction of new metrology technologies for leading-edge semiconductor manufacturing.
Nimrod holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
