Dr. Marc Plissonnier
General Manager, sensor and power department, French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission
Marc Plissonnier is currently serving as head of Energy Electronics & Sensor System Department at CEA/DRT/LETI. He holds a Phd in Process engineering and brings a wealth of experience in the field of microelectronics technology, surface physics, and solid-state physics. Throughout his career, Marc has managed teams working on various projects related to electronic components for energy and energy conversion. He played a pivotal role in transferring cutting-edge technology to industrial partners such as device manufacturing and end-users, as well as startups. In addition, Marc has also worked as a Project manager at CEA/DRT/Liten, where he successfully established new development pathways for thermoelectric materials for energy conversion. Before that, he worked as a Technologist back end of line at Applied Materials France, developing advanced metallization technology for CMOS components in the south Europe region.
