Mr. Lukas Michels

Lukas Michels joined SUSS, a leading provider of precision-engineered systems and process solutions for backend processing, as a Product Manager in 2024. In this role, he oversees the projection lithography product group. Currently based at the SUSS site in Hsinchu, Taiwan, the worlds key semiconductor hub and production site of SUSS full-field projection tools, Michels engages closely with customers, colleagues and fellow industry experts. His work is centered on aligning technological capabilities with market demands to deliver next-generation innovation across the semiconductor industry. Michels combines a technical background with business strategy expertise and is dedicated to shape the future of lithography at SUSS in the rapidly evolving Advanced Packaging landscape.
