Mr. Jian Ting Chen is the Department Manager of Testing Program Development at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (TSMC). With over 15 years of testing experience, he is responsible for advanced technologies program development, including wafer sort and final test, as well as characterization and package qualification development. He manages products from initial characterization to mass production optimization and collaborates cross-functionally to accelerate time-to-market.
