Dr. Chung Hsiang (Sean) Lin, CEO, Quantum NIL Corporation

Dr. Sean Lin is a materials and device engineering leader with international experience across the U.S., the U.K., and Taiwan. He is the CEO and Founder of Quantum NIL Corporation, developing a flexible material engineering foundry platform. Previously, he led the NIL Business Unit at IQE plc and founded Luxtaltek, where he raised USD 10 million and established Taiwan’s first Nanoimprint Lithography-implemented LED chip production line. He also held leadership roles at Mesophotonics and Highlink (later merged with Epistar). Earlier, he was a Visiting Research Scientist at NASA JPL. Dr. Lin earned his PhD in Physics from New York University and received the J. Lawrence and Gertrude Katz Dissertation Award.
