TopoLogic develops high capacity cache-memory to solve the memory bottleneck for high performance processors, and heat based sensors capable of detecting the earliest signs of battery thermal runaway for prevention. TopoLogic’s “TL-RAM” is a new memory technology which increases cache memory capacity of GPUs and edge AI SoCs by over 5X, greatly enhancing the parallel computing capabilities of processors. TopoLogic’s “TL-SENSING” technology can detect heat in 10 milliseconds, allowing early detections of thermal issues in many components. TopoLogic utilizes the Nobel-prize winning physics of topological materials to enable the performance required for these tasks,which was not possible with conventional materials based technologies.
