With 15 years of experience in technology research and development and system integration, he is responsible for autonomous inspection systems, emerging technologies, next-generation equipment, digital twins, and CPO-related technology development.

His key achievements include the successful development of an autonomous facility inspection robot for semiconductor fabs, a CPO active-alignment optical coupling tool, and the implementation of digital-twin technologies in equipment development. His work integrates equipment engineering, automation, intelligent sensing, and software to address the growing demands for precision, efficiency, and intelligent operation in semiconductor manufacturing.
