Mr. Mark Luo

Mark brings two decades of experience in translating frontier science into globally scalable businesses. As Co-Founder and CEO of Quantum Brilliance, he has led the company’s growth as a leader in diamond quantum technology, developing sovereign supply chains and strategic manufacturing partnerships across Australia, Europe and Asia.

Mark has extensive experience building market-entry strategies and navigating complex, high-value sectors, including national security, supercomputing and advanced sensing. At Quantum Brilliance, he has overseen the scaling of research and development, product development, business operations, investor relations and international partnerships across Australia, Germany and the United States. 

Before founding Quantum Brilliance, Mark spent more than a decade in global private capital, including roles at QIC, a sovereign wealth fund with more than A$100 billion under management, and Credit Suisse Asia’s technology banking division. At QIC, he worked on direct and co-investments in high-growth technology companies alongside leading global investment funds. Mark also served as Venture Growth Manager at CSIRO ON’s pre-seed fund, where he developed commercialisation and go-to-market strategies for more than 55 deep- technology startups. That portfolio now represents a combined enterprise value exceeding A$1 billion.
