Howard Ting is a specialist in environmental engineering with nearly three decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, specializing in the planning, design, construction, and operation of semiconductor facilities, with a strong focus on sustainable development.
Since joining TSMC in 2000, Howard has led fab design, construction, and facility operations. He also heads the design and engineering of TSMC’s pioneering Zero-Waste Manufacturing Centers across Taiwan.
Howard holds a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, New Jersey.
