Dr. Ming Li

Ming Li joined Novellus / Lam Research in 2000 and is currently the CVP and General Manager of Lam Research CSBG Reliant Systems focusing on process, product, technology and business strategy development in advanced packaging and specialty. In the past 26 years at Novellus / Lam, he took different roles of process engineer, process manager, engineering director, and other various executive management positions. He has been awarded more than 50 U.S. patents and published more than 40 book chapters and papers in international journals and conferences.
