Dr. Bernd Dielacher

Dr. Bernd Dielacher is Director of Business Development at EV Group (EVG) where he leads global business development efforts. With a strong background in technology and market analysis, business intelligence, and product marketing, he contributes to technology roadmaps and supports new product developments for EVG´s core technologies – wafer bonding, lithography and nanoimprint.

Prior to this role, he served as Business Development Manager, focusing on heterogenous 3D integration, MEMS, biomedical technology, and power device markets. 

Bernd holds a master’s degree in Microelectronics from Vienna University of Technology and received a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from ETH Zurich.
