Abstract:

TopoLogic is developing TL-RAM, a technology that solves the memory bottleneck for AI and high-performance computing fundamentally with a high-speed memory cell that is 5x denser than conventional SRAM technology. This technology can be integrated to any logic processor production line allowing processor designs with a significant increase in on-chip memory capacity, useful in parallel computing architectures and chips requiring large amounts of high-speed buffer.
