Dr. Lisa Chen

Lisa Chen is a Director of Product and Test Engineering at NXP semiconductors, based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

With over a decade of experience in the semiconductor industry, she lead NPI, product engineering, and test development activities for automative ADAS solutions. She also drivers R&D initiatives in test innovation and device validation. 

Since joining NXP in 2013, Lisa has held leadership roles across product management, product engineering, and test engineering. She works closely with global team in Europe and the United States to deliver new product industrialization, qualification, cost optimization, quality improvement, and high-volume manufacturing solutions. 

Lisa earned her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from National Sun Yat-sen university, Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
