From CPUs to AI compute platforms: Quickly build and scale infrastructure with Arm

The rapid growth of AI is transforming the role of CPUs in modern data centers. Beyond orchestration, next-generation Arm CPUs are powering AI infrastructure by enabling efficient data movement, security, and workload optimization across heterogeneous systems. In this keynote, Arm will highlight how Arm-based compute platforms and Arm Total Design offer builders in any stage of the AI stack an entry point for designing custom silicon, chiplets, packaging, software or acquiring production-ready silicon and systems to accelerate innovation and reduce time to market. Arm will also showcase how its system-level co-design, new silicon offering with server and rack partners are building the foundation for scalable AI infrastructure.

CK Tseng, Vice President of Global Physical AI & North America Sales

CK Tseng is Vice President of Global Physical AI & North America Sales at Arm, responsible for Sales, Business Development, and Field Engineering in North America, as well as global customer engagements in the Physical AI sector. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the high-tech industry.

CK joined Arm in 2010 as a Business Development and Sales Manager, leading strategic initiatives and business engagements with key partners ranging from silicon partners to OEMs. He later joined the start-up M2COMM as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, focusing on innovative IoT applications across the industrial, retail, and medical sectors. He also managed the company’s overseas subsidiaries and helped drive more than 10x revenue growth in two years.

In 2017, CK rejoined Arm as Senior Director, leading the Sales and Field Applications Engineering (FAE) teams in Taiwan. He was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2018 and became President of Arm Taiwan in 2019. In 2024, he was named President of Arm Taiwan and ASEAN. At the end of 2024, CK relocated to California to take on additional responsibility for North America. In April 2026, he transitioned from his Taiwan and ASEAN leadership responsibilities to an expanded role overseeing North America Sales and Arm’s global customer engagements in the Physical AI sector.

CK holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from National Taiwan University (NTU).
