Mr. Steven Hsu

Steven Hsu serves as Vice President of Technology Development at United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC). He has over 25 years of experience leading technology development teams, specializing in semiconductor process integration across logic, eNVM, HV, BCD, RFSOI, advanced packaging, and silicon photonics. Steven holds a master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU). In addition to his corporate role, Mr. Hsu serves as Vice Chairman of the IC Committee at SEMI Taiwan, where he is actively dedicated to advancing the semiconductor industry.
