Dr. Yuan Yuan Zhou

Dr. Zhou leads the global business of Advanced Circuit and Packaging at Qnity, based in Taiwan. She holds full responsibilities of strategy development, product roadmap, execution and global P&L management, to deliver advanced materials and solutions to consumer electronics, telecom, automotive and high-performance industrial markets. Prior to this role, Dr. Zhou held various management positions at Dow and DuPont US in Corporate Strategy, Semiconductor Packaging, Automotive and Interconnect business.  

Prior to joining Dow/DuPont, Dr. Zhou worked at Intel Assembly, Test Technology Development in Arizona, USA, where she focused on advanced packaging technology development and interconnect reliability.  

Dr. Zhou earned her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
