Cutting use-phase CO₂ emissions and energy costs calls for more than efficient components

3:20 pm - 3:45 pm

It takes smarter system design and close collaboration. ST designs and delivers semiconductors that help reduce environmental impact across the value chain. In Taiwan, ST also works with customers to grow their positive handprint through more efficient system design. By combining product innovation, technical support, and sustainability expertise, ST helps lower use-phase CO₂ emissions and energy consumption while supporting smarter resource preservation beyond its own operations.

Key Technologies Covered

  • AI server power supplies using SiC, GaN, and Si technologies
  • Life Cycle Assessment and Product Carbon Footprint
  • Application handprint (induced and avoided emissions)
  • Renewable energy and carbon-neutral manufacturing
  • Circular economy and waste management
