This talk presents Classiq's journey building a hardware-agnostic quantum software platform—backed by over $200M in funding, 110 patents, and a footprint across 20 countries—and what it means for regional players navigating quantum's commercial inflection point.

We'll cover how high-level abstraction (Qmod) and automated circuit synthesis are replacing manual gate-level design, enabling workloads that scale toward 1,000+ logical qubits without being rewritten for each hardware backend. Recent platform advances—including Quantum AI Agents for automated circuit generation, cross-vendor hardware benchmarking, and GPU-accelerated hybrid execution via NVIDIA CUDA-Q—are compressing development cycles from weeks to minutes in early enterprise deployments.

Finally, we'll examine the commercial engagement models proving most effective today: channel and reseller partnerships, native integration with QPU vendors across superconducting, trapped-ion, and neutral-atom modalities, and multi-year Centers of Excellence with governments and Fortune 500 enterprises. Recent regional milestones illustrate this momentum—from powering Korea's first Quantum-as-a-Service offering to anchoring a new quantum hub in Naples, Italy, with the European Union. Vasanth Palliyath

Business Development & Commercial Director, Classiq

Vasanth Palliyath is a deep-tech professional with a background spanning aerospace, satellite, and—more recently—quantum computing. He currently serves as Regional Commercial Director for Classiq, APAC (including Taiwan), leading the company's commercial and business development strategy for quantum software adoption across the region.

Based in Japan for over a decade, he previously led product development at SoftBank, working on High Altitude Platform Stations (HAPS) and the commercial launch of non-terrestrial network (NTN) solutions, including OneWeb and Starlink in Japan. His experience spans collaborations with satellite companies, mobile operators, and governments worldwide, having successfully closed private and public sector deals across Asia and Africa.


At Classiq, Vasanth now brings this cross-border, deep-tech commercialization experience to quantum computing—driving partnerships, government engagement, and enterprise adoption of quantum software across the APAC region. His current focus includes building Taiwan's quantum ecosystem through collaborations with research institutes, industry players, and public sector stakeholders, supporting the island's push toward high-value, next-generation computing capabilities.
