Gary Chen has extensive experience in Unimicron for the IC substrate industry, with a strong background in R&D and operations management.  

Currently, serve as the Head of Group Chief Quality Officer and substrate R&D, specializing in IC substrate technology development, process optimization, and customer support. Previously, Gary Chen led an operations organization, overseeing manufacturing, quality, and organizational performance. Expertise includes cross-functional collaboration and team leadership, driving technological innovation and continuous improvement to enhance corporate competitiveness and business performance.
