Konstantin Zvezdin
Co-founder and CEO, SpinEdge
Konstantin Zvezdin is Co-founder and CEO of SpinEdge, a semiconductor technology
company developing spintronic in-memory computing solutions for energy-efficient AI
inference. A theoretical physicist and internationally recognised expert in spintronics, he has
more than 25 years of experience, both in inductry and academia, in magnetic nanostructures,
spin–orbit phenomena, micromagnetic modelling, and the development of emerging memory and
computing technologies.
Dr. Zvezdin has authored more than 100 scientific publications and participated in numerous
European and international R&D programmes involving leading semiconductor companies,
industrial partners, and research institutions. He is also President of the Board of Istituto P.M. in
Italy and a Board Member of the Asian Union of Magnetic Societies.
At SpinEdge, he leads the development and commercialisation of non-volatile spintronic
compute-in-memory architectures designed to overcome the memory wall and enable scalable,
high-efficiency AI acceleration.
