Dr. (Oliver) Hang-Ting Lue

(Oliver) Hang-Ting Lue is currently the Director of Emerging Memory Technology R&D Division in Macronix. His research covers various topics including charge-trapping memories and 3D memories (3D NAND, 3D NOR, 3D DRAM, etc..). He has authored > 160 IEEE papers and >180 US granted patents, with more than 60 papers in IEDM and VLSI in the past 25 years. He has provided numerous short courses and invited papers in IEDM and VLSI, too. He is an IEEE Follow. He has served in IEDM committee (2010-2011, MT), and now is VLSI JFE committee (2011~now).
