Mr. Ginni Chadha

Since joining Cisco in 2001, Ginni has provided 25 years of impactful leadership, and deep expertise across optics, advanced technologies, and component quality. Most recently, he led CQT’s transformation into a component-supplier-focused organization—one that ensures component quality and long-term reliability, while driving innovation through the delivery of emerging technologies.

Under Ginni’s leadership, CQT strengthened its role as a trusted partner to Cisco’s engineering and product teams, enabling early technology maturity, scalable component strategies, and a more resilient supply chain. Many of these emerging technologies, developed in close partnership with engineering, are now being incorporated into Cisco’s next-generation products, strengthening our leadership in networking. 

Ginni holds an MBA in Business Strategy from Boston University and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University. In his new leadership role, he will continue to lead our component technology strategy—delivering differentiated value, quality, and accelerated innovation as Cisco scales for the future.
