In terms of professional achievements, my team and I have accomplished several key breakthroughs:
Driving Cross-Border Automation: Spearheaded the implementation of prober automation and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), successfully reducing setup time by 86% and boosting productivity by 63%. This successful experience was subsequently replicated in our overseas subsidiaries.
AI and Quality Defense: Collaborated with academia to develop the "AI Wafer Image Identification System," which improved inspection efficiency by 93%. Furthermore, we built an automated rework system, achieving the goal of a zero error rate.
New Fab and Sustainable Operations: Participated in the layout planning of the new fab and implemented a gas leak detection and monitoring program, successfully saving over 90% of gas consumption for specific equipment.
