Laboratories (EOSL) at the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Taiwan. His research focuses on advanced semiconductor memory and artificial intelligence hardware technologies, including nonvolatile memory (NVM), static random-access memory (SRAM), computing-in-memory (CIM), and deep neural network hardware accelerators. In the field of emerging nonvolatile memory, he has extensive experience in device characterization, memory architecture design, peripheral circuit development, and system integration for ferroelectric random-access memory (FeRAM), magnetoresistive random-access memory (MRAM), and resistive random-access memory (RRAM).

His research contributions span embedded memory, AI computing chips, and computing-in-memory architectures. He has participated in numerous national research programs and industrial collaboration projects to advance next-generation AI hardware technologies. To date, he has authored and coauthored more than 30 technical papers published in leading international conferences and journals, including ISSCC, JSSC, IEDM, and the Symposium on VLSI Technology and Circuits, and holds more than 25 domestic and international patents.
