WanKun Wu serves as President and CEO of Advantest Taiwan Inc. (ATI), bringing over 30 years of leadership experience in the semiconductor test industry. Since joining Advantest in 1992, he has held senior roles spanning sales and engineering, including leadership of the Memory and SoC Business Units. He was appointed Senior Vice President of the ATE Group in 2016, driving global sales strategy and business growth. Since assuming the role of President and CEO in 2021, Wu has led ATI with a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and delivering advanced test solutions to customers worldwide.
