Chris Lin, Chairman and President of ASPEED Technology, has over 30 years of experience in the IC design industry. He began his career at Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS) in 1993, building a multimedia R&D team, then led the spin-off of XGI Technology in 2003 as General Manager. In 2004, he founded ASPEED Technology, dedicating the company to developing baseboard management controllers (BMC). Under his leadership, ASPEED acquired Broadcom's Emulex Pilot™ BMC SoC business in 2016, becoming the world's largest BMC SoC provider.

Awards: Distinguished Alumnus, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (2020); Outstanding ICT Elite Award & Distinguished Alumnus, National Tsing Hua University (2021); ERSO Award (2023); Best CEO in Asia by Extel (2023–2025).
