Nowadays, the heat flux density generating from semiconductor chips has exceeded the limitation of traditional thermal interface materials(TIM). To overcome the heat dissipating issue for chip packaging, Black Solution provides an innovative product, which has only 20% thermal resistance of traditional thermal grease.
