Prof. Jr-Hau He

Dr. Jr-Hau He is the founder of Rayleigh Vision Intelligence (RVi), a company dedicated to AI infrastructure with a strong focus on developing cutting-edge silicon photonics optical interconnect technology. Under his leadership, RVi leverages artificial intelligence to enhance the efficiency and quality of advanced packaging processes, and is committed to driving industry innovation through AI and photonic technologies. Dr. He has previously held academic positions at City University of Hong Kong, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, and National Taiwan University, as well as visiting appointments at UC Berkeley, UC San Diego, University of Lille, and Georgia Tech. Recognized as a Fellow of RSC, OSA, SPIE, and IAAM, he collaborates with leading industry partners including Foxconn, TSMC, Aramco, and SABIC.  He is a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher (2020–2025), ranked among the World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University, and recipient of the Nano Energy Award from Elsevier (2019).

RVi leverages AI to optimize silicon photonics and MicroLED manufacturing. Our patented smart transfer and packaging technologies improve yield, lower costs, and solve thermal stability challenges for CPO and AR/VR applications. With Taiwan as our R&D hub, we aim to accelerate AI-integrated photonics manufacturing and unlock new potential for next-gen optical systems.
