SILICON STARTUPS ZONE

The SILICON STARTUPS ZONE at SEMICON Taiwan 2026 provides early-stage semiconductor startups with a focused platform to showcase next-generation technologies to a global audience. Organized by SEMI, supported by the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), featuring IC Taiwan Grand Challenge (ICTGC) startups, the zone is designed for startups in fundraising or early commercialization stages, offering dedicated exhibit space, pitch-stage exposure, and direct access to investors, industry leaders, and the semiconductor supply chain — all within World’s most influential semiconductor event.

Exhibit Criteria:

  • Technology displayed must be applicable to semiconductor and next-generation chip technologies, including but not limited to:
    • Advanced Front-end Manufacturing & Transistor Architectures
    • Advanced Packaging & Heterogeneous Integration
    • AI, Edge Computing & Next-Gen Compute Architectures
    • Silicon Photonics & Optical Interconnects
    • Quantum Computing & Cryogenic Electronics
    • Smart Sensing, Robotics & MEMS Technologies
    • Power Semiconductors & Wide Bandgap (WBG) Materials
    • EDA, Design Verification & Yield Analytics
    • Sustainable Manufacturing & Green Semiconductor Technologies
  • Technologies must be in early commercialization, pilot production, or pre-mass-production stages and should not yet be widely available in the commercial market.
  • Participation is not limited to researchers and startups. SEMICON Taiwan exhibiting organizations may have other technologies as long as the technology shown in Silicon Startups Zone meets these criteria.
  • Must be a first-time exhibitor in the Silicon Startups Zone.
  • Company must be in a fundraising or early commercialization stage.
