Joshua Tien has more than 20 years of experience in Taiwan’s capital market, with extensive expertise in IPOs, securities trading, and risk management. He also led the planning and establishment of the Taiwan Carbon Solution Exchange (TCX). He currently devotes his efforts to promoting Taiwan Innovation Board (TIB) and the listing of foreign companies on the TWSE.
