VS-AOC-01 uses non-contact particle removal and enclosed airflow to detach and capture micron-scale particles while minimizing secondary dust. U15 filtration is designed for ISO 14644-1 Class 5 environments. FOUP-compatible and OHT-ready, it integrates with AMHS lines for automated OHB cleaning.
